You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your eligible product, you should mail your product to the return address. Steam Gift cards balance top-up is non-refundable as Steam will not refund the balance. Please note that the refund policy will not be applied if the package is opened. To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be returned in new condition and unopened with the original package. Steam Deck return policy should follow Valve's policy which is a 14-day return policy.
Other physical products will be shipped within 3 days after purchase. If you are unable to refuse the package or the order is delivered for any reason, please reach out to us and we can provide you further instruction for the return. The order will be returned to the warehouse and automatically refunded. If you still want to cancel or return the order for a refund, you can refuse the package with the carrier at the time of delivery. Once this 24 hour period has passed, we are unable to make changes or halt the the shipping process. Steam Deck orders will be placed within 24hrs and you will have a 24-hour window to modify or cancel your Steam Deck order after you receive our purchase conformation email. All digital assets will be delivered within 24hrs after purchase.
